| Ex-Offenders and Voting - District of Columbia |
|
In the District of Columbia, ex-offenders automatically regain the right to vote upon completion of their prison sentence. Ex-offenders on probation or parole are eligible to vote. It is recommended that ex-offenders re-register or update their voter registration upon completion of sentence. For more information on ex-offenders and voting, visit The Brennan Center or The Sentencing Project. |
