Ex-Offenders and Voting - Mississippi
In Mississippi, some but  not all ex-offenders may regain the right to vote after time served in prison and finishing all conditions of probation and parole.
Certain offenses result in permanent loss of voting rights. For more information on Mississippi ex-offender disenfranchisement laws, contact the Secretary of State - link in sidebar.
