| Ex-Offenders and Voting - Nevada |
|
In Nevada, ex-offenders regain the right to vote after completion of sentence, including prison, probation, and parole. However, only ex-offenders who are first-time offenders with a non-violent conviction will be eligible to vote again after receiving a felony conviction. All other felons will lose the right to vote. For more information on ex-offenders and voting, visit The Brennan Center or The Sentencing Project.
