| Ex-Offenders and Voting - North Carolina |
|
In North Carolina, ex-offenders regain the right to vote only after completion of both their prison term and terms of probation and parole. It is recommended that ex-offenders re-register or update their voter registration as soon as they regain the right to vote. For more information on ex-offenders and voting, visit The Brennan Center or The Sentencing Project.
