| Ex-Offenders and Voting - Wyoming |
|
In Wyoming, people convicted of a non-violent felony for the first time can have their rights restored five years after serving time in prison and on probation and parole. People with multiple felony convictions and those convicted of violent felonies are permanently barred from voting, unless pardoned or restored to rights by the Governor. For more information on ex-offenders and voting, visit The Brennan Center or The Sentencing Project.
