- Eligibility to Register to Vote
- In order to be eligible to register to vote in Arizona, an applicant must:
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must be a resident of Arizona for 29 days
- Must be at least 18 years of age or more before the day of the next regular General Election
- Must not have been adjudicated incompetent
- Eligibility for Ex-offenders
- People convicted of one felony have their voting rights automatically restored upon completion of their sentence - including prison, parole, and probation and payment of legal financial obligations. People convicted of two or more felonies are permanently barred from voting unless pardoned or restored by a judge.
- Registration Deadline
- Voter registration forms must be received 29 days before the election.
