- Eligibility to Register to Vote
- In order to be eligible to register to vote in Missouri, an applicant must:
- Be a United States Citizen
- Reside in Missouri
- Be at least 18 years of age or older on Election Day
- Not have conducted a felony or misdemeanor connected with voting or the right of suffrage
- Eligibility for Ex-offenders Voting rights are automatically restored after completion of sentence including parole and probation. Ex-offenders should re-register to vote.
- Registration Deadline
- Voter registration forms must be received 28 days before the election.
