- In order to be eligible to register to vote in Oregon, an applicant must:
- Be a United States Citizen
- Reside in Oregon
- Be at least 18 years of age or older on election day (though individuals can pre-register when they are 17 years old)
- Eligibility for Ex-offenders
- Voting rights are automatically restored after release from prison. People on parole or probation can vote. Ex-offenders should re-register to vote.
- Registration Deadline
- Voter registration forms must be postmarked 21 days before the election.
