Nonprofit VOTE partners with America’s nonprofits to help the people they serve participate and vote. We are the largest source of nonpartisan resources to help nonprofits integrate voter engagement into their ongoing activities and services. Additionally, Nonprofit VOTE manages the collaborative work of National Voter Registration Day, a single day of coordinated ﬁeld, technology, and media strategies to raise awareness and help hundreds of thousands of Americans register to vote.
As the data and operations manager, you will manage data files vital to the success of our voter engagement work, help partners locate missing packets and resend as necessary, provide support for office tech and administrative needs, and light bookkeeping and reporting.

This is an hourly position that will pay between $22 and $27 / hour DOE. Approximately 25-30 hours with option of additional hours during summer and fall months. Retirement, commuter pass, paid vacation, and other benefits provided. Health and dental available at 30+ hours (with option for additional fall hours).
Position is based in Cambridge, MA (telecommuting during COVID lock-downs). Occasional, though limited, travel may be required.
