Encouraging staff to vote isn’t a traditional get-out-the-vote campaign but is a great place to start. While you could ‘door knock’ or ‘phone bank’ your office, it’s much more about using existing communications and activities to encourage voting.

You can use your normal internal communications (email, staff mail boxes, etc.), as well as staff meetings or events. There are many ways to engage staff that are simple enough to carry out every year in state, national or local elections.
