When You Say Election, We Say Free and Fair: A Guide for Nonprofits

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

With all the rhetoric and questions about election safety over the past year, we decided to give you 1 more opportunity to learn about what nonprofits can do to support free and fair elections this year. Over the past few months, we worked with our friends at M+R to develop a guide for nonprofits to do just that. From distributing know your rights materials to building trust in election systems and officials, nonprofits have a unique role in nonpartisan voter education.
